Please print and review the attached Application in PDF format.  After review, you are encouraged to contact the Director answer any questions and arrange a tour of the school.The parents/guardians may then return the form along with a $35.00 non-refundable processing fee per child. Waitlisted students are given available spots based on the date of Application.  Please submit the application as soon as possible for the best chance of placement in our programs.
